Impressive is GMER, a bright future it will have if...

I know there is a lot of talk about a RS by few and reluctance by other.
Despite the GREAT potential of GMER both on paper and in facts...the PPS is very unlikely to move anytime soon because the float and the MM makes it impossible.

So a RS can help? In the end, I do think so but only if done in respect for all investors, common and preferred, present or future.

Here is what I think. A 1:1000 RS would bring the share counts to 35 millions if all share holders are included ( which is a must). Since the majority of the current share system is locked for a while, the float would then be reduced to about 2 million only. Also remember, once converted, the holders of the preferred shares will be considered insiders which bring in all the rules about selling their shares at a rhythm based on maximum % of the market volume.

The other VERY important piece of the RS would be the Authorized shares. It can NOT be higher then twice the final count possible of common shares. That would create a very tight system allowing for commun share to continue to trade in a much lower float system and allow GMER to raise financing easier from banker etc.

Again.. a market cap of 10 millions with 35 billions share at 0.0003 or 35 millions at 0.3, I would take the latter anytime, for the following reason:
Float will be tightly held and under 2 million shares
MM will have a hard time to flip ad nauseum
Current preferred share will be coming into the float under a very controlled pattern (insider rules)
Consolidation of the market cap..., securing possible bankers.
the only way will then be UP.

So it is my opinion. hope for the best to all
Trust Glenn to do the right thing for both investors and GMER
I know my investment is in good hands
