Anyone remember N600PG, LLC, the company that EVTI claimed was supposed to loan them UP TO $10M?

It's interesting that EVTI quit filing at about the same time that the SEC began questioning EVTI's Consulting Agreements entered into with JV Holdings, LLC and Amy Swanson Munro Chaffe.

It just so happens Chaffe is also the managing member of N600PG, LLC.

In addition, EVTI is over one and one-half years delinquent in filing Financials, therefore at risk of an SEC suspension.
