This is an old post, but a good reminder. It's from an email I received from Umbra. I sent screenshots to mods on the site.

Thank you for your support and service to this country. We are a company comprised mostly of prior military and law enforcement supporting not only one another but those who share the common interest of service and patriotism.

Over the next few weeks we will continue to make announcements outlining what we have done to improve the future of this company and just how much we have accomplished in a short period of time. I am confident that you will be proud to be a part of UATG and if in the future you decide to move in to the private sector please do not hesitate to submit your resume as we show preference to individuals with your background, experience and skillset. As an FYI, we will be expanding operations in 2017 requiring us to begin screening appropriate candidates for positions in our subsidiaries.
