It should be much easier for funds/institutions to accumulate positions now the stock is traded on the TSX. Consequently, I suspect we will see a notch up in the average daily volume of shares traded.
I think the draft permits were filed in the Feb timeframe last year. The draft permit approval should be happening soon, probably in the next month or so. I would think we'd see a significant uptick in price on that news. Then that starts the clock for the public review period prior to final permit approval, according to my understanding of the process.
