Just my experience talking here but how are they diluting? I don't really see any volume here and no pumps or fluff pr's. Where are they diluting? Usually these pinkies will have a bunch of fluff pr's trying to create volume in which they sell into, where are they?
No volume = stagnant pps. Maybe they are really working on building a business??
2M market cap and low share structure tells me to buy and hold!
