He's implying that the person who posted that we would get news today influenced people to buy more/sell less and keep the PPS higher. But I don't think that's the case at all. This is just one person who is influencing people to buy, just like there are many people who are bashing it and influencing people to sell. In the long run, rumors are rumors and this thing is consistently sticking between the support and resistance for the time being.
