you mean particular... um, son, this is not online gambling. this is investing. There is a big difference. The reason investing is legal is because everyone is on the up and up about the business risks involved. Not to say there is not a risk, but it it is NOT a random risk. If i say i'm going to invest in a gas station and you do your DD, and you think it has a good location, you may want to take part in that risk. If you don't, then fine. But investing in public stocks or bonds is an exact science of risk/reward. That is why all of us pay our SEC fees to be sure that everyone follows the rules. This is NOT roulette.
