Their CEO is gone, as he can no longer be an officer or director of any public company.

The FONU chairman of the board, Joel Jake Shapiro, is in big trouble with the SEC. Not clear if he will be indicted criminally, but I think he could face serious prison time.

FONU has some notes due in March, too.
