If I remember correctly, the deal to by Isen Production company had a clause that company reverts back to Isen in event of bankruptcy.

Who would buy an asset and not retain ownership. It should be available for debts of creditors.

If we contact Bennys email, he will simply delete it.

Our only Avenue of relief is show that there is a "pattern of practice" for Benny in what is alleged fraud.

I still say the fact that Red Giant Entertainment funds are run through the CEO private banking is a start to ask Attorney General for investigation.
