nobody- as you know Berkowitz is a mutual fund not a HF -

Do you have any guesses at what a settlement on the court case would be?
Why would berk take less than 100%? he is pragmatic so what would get him to settle? Stock Conversion. Dividend adjustement, exchange for cumulative and lower % div?

Maybe he does not settle, now that new leader is in?

Maybe Trump is better off with losing the court case than the apperence of him cutting a deal with a mutual fund. even though we know the fake news people will continue to call him a HF.
