LMAO...after reading the recent filings...it is truly amazing how this fat arse CEO has the balls to pay himself and his CFO/COO over 300K in shares...especially in light of the common taking it on the chin for over a 30% lose in share price. This useless oxygen thief has repeatedly enriched himself on the backs of common shareholders.....what a crook! Throughout PTN past lack of performance, Spana has paid himself handsomely all the while the common has seen zero value and often lost money hand over fist. They finally snooker some desperate company looking for value into signing a deal and what do they do....pay themselves even more, consequently killing the value of any common out there....have said it quite a few time and will say it again....if you are a shareholder...Spana is not your ally...his is the enemy....enemy of any value for you for your investment....this is nothing more than an effort in lining his pockets and shoveling food into the huge gullet of his....
