ERHC's main problem is management. Management's problem seems to be "not having or showing the necessary skills to do something successfully."

Good company management can take any mundane idea or product that is useful and manage it so as to make the company successful. Incompetent company management can fail with the most promising idea or product.

Of course any company that has nefarious management will be successful only for themselves.

Time will tell whether ERHC management is nefarious or just incompetent. The odds of a successful outcome for shareholders is a real long shot now.

IMO, it is time for management to end the charade.
