It was you that wrote Kimball Distributing was ordering every two weeks. If that is true there was no need to liquidate to Big Lots or cancel contracts that soon. From your own post, Kimball Distributing was phasing them out, meaning that their contract got canceled, more than likely by Kimball Distributing.
