This company is not even worth a fraction of that.

As of February 3, 2017, a total principal amount of $3.2 million of the 2016 Notes has been converted into shares of Common Stock.  Approximately $71.8 million in principal remains to be converted



This stock is never going to $0.3 not even a penny.
