The last SEC report did it for me... and having RP get those last shares and the price of the stock zooming up afterwards on "no news".
I won't repeat myself, but read my posts about bonuses, interest rates, financiers...etc.
I am sick of dangling "big names" that never come to fruition, loss lead deals that seem only to garner share selling interest.
Yes, I have some edigital stock, but no where near what I had.
Too many companies out there with tremendous sales and buckets of cash...to invest in, vs. an OTCBB that is "hoping" to crack the big one, yet has to borrow money from the CEO at 24% itnerest in order to make 200 players.... THAT spoke volumes to me.
