In response to Sniperflea...Unfortuntly...I think we are stuck with the BA until April at least. Hopefully, if we get some good news, they have enough people to work with brokers to get the volume and the price up to where we would like to have it!

As far a Mr. Wicks answering every question or even taking every phone call we try to put in to him...remember how irritating it was when you took a trip with the kids and all they could talk about was...are we there yet daddy? Rememember how irritating that was?

We are not there yet...HISS is not even 3years old...we had a CEO that made a lot of "we are almost there" news announcements many which may still be in the works. Remember when you told your kids that "we are almost there" when you were miles away from your destination? Mr. Wicks is more of a realist than we had running our company before...be patient...would you like to have a list of 10,000 shareholders trying to call to get an inside scoop on information that may not be finalized yet? Just think of the time of Mr. Wicks that we waste trying to find things out. How much is his time worth? We have him running our company...let's let him do it...he will let us know when they are having success! If you are paying someone $60. per hour(more or less) Do you want to send $10 to the stockholders for 10 wasted minutes? What important (to the company)things could be done in those wasted 10 minutes times the number of us that constantly try to call and fax? Let these minutes go toward productive time!

Oh! By the way how many of those "are we there yet" inquires from your kids did it take before you told them to "shut up and lean back or we aren't even going to grandma's house?)

I think we have a company with a great future...if some of you don't...you can sell out...there are lots of other investments!
