I started watching NTCFX a little over a week ago someone mentioned it to me. Chart is still bearish short term. I don't care for solar companys even with the coming catalyst this year. Don't touch low volume stocks they are to easy to manipulate and hard to sell. I do not have a position in this stock unless I see some increase in volume.
