I stand corrected. You are correct, for negative earnings an increased share count increases the negative eps (reduces the negative number). However, for profitable eps, increased share numbers reduce the comparative eps by a factor of the multiple of greater shares.

$12M profit is $.04 eps for 304M shares.
$12M profit is $.01eps for 1.136B shares.
