Yeah seen that, and you can review the old 8Ks from the Edgar site if you care to. That shows how all that went, and why we knew it was toast when nothing happened. NOT a shock, since it wasn't the first LOI failure by a longshot.

Anyway, not at all disappointed in the LOI failure due to the R/S that was associated with it. At 0001, that's a loser for traders 99.999999% of the time. Have a good rest of your weekend.
