We have a lot of cases against FHFA that have nothing to do with fraud.

I'm not an attorney but I'm guessing the definition of fraud is "wrongful or criminal deception intended to result in financial or personal gain." (google)

You don't think the NWS fits this description? Or not returning fnma privatization after they repaid the loan? Now the intention is what they are proving now in court through those documents.
