In view of todays company disclosure and the information provided me today, the trading logs with Bid and Ask set up will be produced daily starting tomorrow!
These records will be maintained as necessary for future use if needed.
If and I repeat if, Chad is Chip then he has broken the most severe SEC rule by posting on a public website for the benefit of his own portfolio if he has been selling while posting on this board and maybe others have also benefited accordingly. If he was truly doing this then he could of reaped 40 million shares at approximately 8 cents per share or $3.2 million if he was one of the 3 people mentioned in todays news. I do have a post on IHUB where he states he has millions invested in this company. Well at this share price that puts him close to one of those 3 in my eyes. I for one hope my opinion is not true as Chip provided some great DD to this board. He even convinced me to buy some more shares. I hope he did not mislead me with his recommendation. SEC investigations in these cases will review computers, phones, phone records etc to see how many more may of been rewarded through insider trading. This is strictly my own opinion and I do not want this type of activity to distract from the company. Now if the company told him I will hire you but you have to sell your shares well I can appreciate that as long as he did not post on this board or other boards while he sold his shares. That is illegal. I also hope that if Chip is Chad that he does an outstanding job for the rest of us shareholders as a contracted IR firm of Sulja!!! We then all benefit from his expertise. jmho, do your own DD before you invest in any company!
