Hey guys! I am confident that Rexista will get final FDA approval, but I am concerned about the abuse deterrant labels. Does anyone know the chances of getting Oral, Nasal, or Intravenous routes? I know EGLT got the label for Intravenous, and apparently there's an exclusivity label for another company for the Nasal route, but I think we're clear for the Oral label? Which I think has the biggest impact for Rexista...However, does past exclusivity for Nasal and Intravenous hurt our chances of getting those labels right away? I know EGLT is morphine, so it might be exclusively in a different realm then Rexista, meaning we are in the clear for our abuse deterrant labels??

I appreciate all the posts everyone made since I joined IHUB...I have been long IPCI for over a year now and love the companys pipeline. Thanks for any input on this question!
