8K out yesterday. Lengthens the term of the 12% notes issued a couple years back. Gives us a little more breathing room. They also reduced the exercise price of the 980K warrants the noteholders own from .14 to .07. Could cause some downward pressure on the price when we climb back above that. Maybe we'll get lucky and the holders will see much higher potential than .07
