The Analysts on the call (see Audio Webcast) seem all to approve of the deal, to find it 'non-dilutive', and a great way to keep the financials strong. That's for the positive.

I have not looked at CYTK in a while, it just seems that they moved the goal post out though. In my notes, I had a 2017 estimated completion date and I can't find one clinicaltrials with that year for CYTK / Ph III. Their site is nice but does not reference clinicaltrials.gov numbers/links. That's for the negative.

It looks like a few years before this is real. I am not adding any more than my current position at this stage. Looking forward to the Quarterly Conf Call later on this month though.
