We'll see. If in fact Rosenberg did violate securities laws, it will be interesting to see how it plays out. In any event, his promotional activities are rather amusing (except to the people who will lose money ultimately in the stock). Giving 4mm shares to promote the stock - comical. Highly publicizing a relatively small buy at a multi-year high is a tactic that plays well on the OTC but will likely ultimately backfire.

Does anyone think this flim-flam company is worth $250mm? Seriously???
