You are right........except it is EXTREMELY unlikely. I doubt there is anyone that would believe quality & quantity can be produced until after it has been accomplished. Kim has ramped up & doubled too many times to be believable.
I also believe that there won't be much of a sustainable spike in the share price until phase II of an army contract is announced.
