Not sure what else would come up that would have any kind of 'dilution effect' either, unless they did want to raise more money at some point for FDA approval, trials, studies, etc. Who knows.
But even then, these guys are conservative and doing things very intelligent. I think they would only raise NECESSARY amounts of money and at today's share price... That's a TINY amount of shares in the grand scheme of the Outstanding Shares.
$150,000 is under 215,000 shares (around 0.70/share)
$300,000 is under 430,000 shares (around 0.70/share)
There's probably more than a dozen people on iHub alone that have over 400,000 shares PERSONALLY. LOL.
So, IN THE EVENT that they MAY need to raise money to fund stuff that's only going to make ALL OF US VERY RICH... Go for it. In the end, it won't be any worse than your standard Day Flippers or people "taking profits". :)
