Help me please, could you please explain what is the purpose of restricted shares? I have the restricted shares issued as a dividend and now they say can purchase more as stated in this news release, but I don't know what is the purpose of restricted shares. I know you can not trade them until the restriction is removed by the company and then have to hire a transfer agent (usually a lawyer) to further remove the restriction.
