The following comment was offered by Jennifer Fadden, Colleyville City Manager:
Thank you for your email. I can confirm that Mr. McCusker and his family are tenants in a property owned by my husband and me. I have spoken with Colleyville PD and confirmed that he was arrested for DWI last week. That charge will be dealt with through the legal system.
In reference to the rest of your email, as the mother of two young children, I have zero tolerance for anyone guilty of harming a child. As far as I am aware, Mr. McCusker has not been involved with the charges in the Johnson County case. One of his employees, James Hice, has been charged and Mr. McCusker has informed us that the man is no longer an employee of his company.
