My thoughts on the Form 15 filing to terminate registration...

If they have plans for building the $500mil Ammo plant and raising capital, they will need a clean up- to-date SEC filing company.

But, there are about 5 years of filings missing from 2002-2007. I'm thinking they will be filing a Form 10 to re-register the stock which will clear that up.

But, I may be completely wrong!
