I never said anything about a Skull and Cross bones. Read my post. Even with a yield no broker will deposit stock. In order for brokers to clear your shares has to be current information. My point being is that no new shares can be deposited in the system until the company is current which eliminates any chance for there to be dilution in $TXTM.
