There are a lot easier ways to scam shareholders than by building brick and morter businesses. They have millions in revs, post a net profit, and only had a small convertible loan. OS still only around 100M. If they wanted to scam shareholders, they would be selling billions of shares from a vape business in their basement. Anyway, I think I will forward your post to the company.
