Charlie......if the re-registration takes place, the company can keep the same company name....or change it.....but the ticker symbol will definitely be new.

Our shares would remain valid as First American Scientific Corporation private shares (assuming no name change), now returning to public form. If there is a name change, it wouldn't affect us.

It is possible, however, that there could be a share restructuring occurring in conjunction with the re-registration.
That, I believe, would require shareholder consent.
