Easy to say, because of late filing history. I will agree as well that that from an investor standpoint filings are very important.
Yet we have been down this road before and survived because the filing was late.
Hopefully the future filings will be without delay !

I do not for a moment believe that Scott as well as others are not fully aware of both the filing requirements and need to generate revenue! I hate late filingsbut as long as they are made is the important issue!
