Can stocks such as this get in trouble for promising something and then not following through on what was promised? I see this happen many times in OTC stocks. It ends up being bogus PR. I am not saying this is one of those cases but have wondered in general if there is any sort of accountability established for misleading statements or failure to perform. Etc..
