Earlier this afternoon Kelvin Lindsey negated the 12G and 8k submitted fraudulently by Ken Williams on Monday. Kelvin updated us on Monday on the Medicaninc.com website (the official Medican website) that he was working with the SEC to negate the fraudulent filings and pursue action against Ken Williams for submitting these forms in an effort to cover his tracks by trying to make Medican "go dark". Ken has plenty of legal issues to want Medican to disappear. As strange as it sounds Medican was placed back to stop on the OTC site, the correct Web address has been restored and the filings withdrawn from SEC records. Kelvin and MobiWeb are NOT going to prematurely suggest news or any filings until all the i's are dotted ant t's are crossed. While a step backward seems odd it is a truthful and honest gesture by MobiWeb to make greater strides forward as upcoming press releases will watrant. MAY THIS BE A LESSON AND SHOW THE MALICIOUS AND FRAUDULENT SUGGESTIONS OF KEN WILLIAMS. We should all take this step as a means of seeing we have an honest CEO at the helm that wants to further the Medican and Mobiweb partnership for company gain as well as shareholder value gain. As Kelvin suggested the SEC is turning up the heat on Ken Williams. He should be out of the picture going forward...fingers crossed
