Agreed! This is what I do for a living!

It's really simple:

Customer places order with me and I in turn send a PO to my suppliers (Contract Manufacturers) then they make the product to an agreed upon contract price. When product is ready, they ship direct to my end user.

All we have is some paperwork and Accounting and touch no product.

No materials, no WH and very little overhead.

60% gross margins
