I had this same concern at first when someone on twitter posted a picture of an empty lot so I did some digging.

625 Silver Oak Drive, Dallas, GA 30132 is the address listed on the "verified" company profile on http://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/BMXC/profile.

That address is zoned residential and registered with the Dallas Georgia Board of Assessors to Taiwo Aimasiko, the listed CEO of BMXC. You can search yourself at http://qpublic7.qpublic.net/ga_search.php?county=ga_paulding

As for the pictures of the empty lot online, It appears that Google Maps street view and the zoomed in images used for the online version of Google maps use outdated photos showing the lot pre-development. If you zoom out on the online version of Google maps or look up the address in the Google Maps app on iPhone (not street view) you will see a developed residential neighborhood. Compare (and try it yourself):

Finally, I found this from realtor.com showing that the property is a single family residence built in 2014, which could explain the outdated photos/info: http://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/625-Silver-Oak-Dr_Dallas_GA_30132_M50408-97496

Everyone has to do their own research and make their own investment decisions but this research satisfied me that this part at least is not a repeat of Wolf of Wall Street.
