Dick replacing FF & RP is a BOD /share holder directive . Since I am no longer a share holder in edig ,my recommendations would fall on deaf ears . However , in this day & age a executive search team could & would send very capable people . In addition ,those people would have funding sources to move this company providing ,that all parties could attach a real value to the technology in todays/tomorrows, electronic/digital world markets .
