My supersmart educated guess is that there are somewhere between 50-100 million shares left in the market. The rest have been recaptured by EPGL.
It is getting difficult to recapture more and is costing to keep the share price capped in this range. The goal is to go private, but they need all the shares, hence the buyout offer now, as it is only $5-10 million more. A bull rush by retail investors is not what they want, it will cost more. You are safe up to 9.8 cents, maybe more, depending who and how many hold.
