Yeah I will go more in depth tonight but I have had the path on for roughly 18 hrs now. I reapplied it once because I figured it out its best on the ankle or wrist near the veins.

In terms of efficacy and results, it literally has been doing exactly people have described. My lower back pain slowly started to fade away until I completely forgot about it.

I cant speak for people with significant pain but for me it worked really well!
