Of course they get their shares at a discount to the norm or why would they sell their share in the company for commons.

I am glad the debt will be cleared, BK is off the table.

I see the company going upward and onward with a strong renewed base. The stock price will climb due to the VALUE in the existing mines; not to mention the untapped resource potential not even looked in their other acreage when the new mines come.
