"His personal guaranty is like me co-signing for a car" which means he is liable in case of default. That is common with corporations and LLCs but not too common with public companies.

If XKEM did not generate the revenues as bashers claim will happen then Pandey would have to pay that bill. If the factory gets completed then I am rich.
