But their SEC filings leads one to believe that hey have three lines plus the one in Indiana on hold!
How can they supply a grocery chain if they had to stop online to produce for the chain??

Nate’s Food Co. Announces It has Begun Expanding Capacity to 24 Million Cans per Year Providing Revenue Potential of $75 Million Annually

Los Angeles, California, October 27, 2014 – Nate’s Food Co. (OTC: NHMD) announced today that it has begun expanding its production capacity to approximately 100,000 cans a day or 24 million cans per year which could provide revenue up to $75 Million per year.

The Company currently has the capacity to make 10-12 Million cans a year. The company’s initial discussions on placement of our products in grocery stores would exceed that capacity. As a result, the Company has begun to expand its production capacity in order to meet the orders that we expect. If we can obtain a footprint in the 13,000 stores that were previously obtained, that would require each store to only order 1,800 cans per year to meet the increased production capacity of 24 million cans.

The Company has received word from CCL Container that the initial shipment of 25,000 finished cans with the pre-printed labels are being shipped and should be delivered to ABCO Labs on Monday, February 29, 2016. ABCO Labs will immediately begin production on receipt of the cans.

Item 8.01 Other Events

On April 11, 2016, the Company sent samples to Kroger’s Corporate Office and New Product Evaluation Division. Jeff West is having ongoing conversations with Krogers to determine next steps.

The Company also sent samples to QVC for evaluation and Jeff West is following up with his contacts at QVC for next steps.

Production of Nate’s Homemade Pancake and Waffle Batter began in April and has been running smoothly.

Since April 24th, 2016, the Company has been in negotiations with large manufacturing concern regarding a private label licensing agreement for Nate’s Pancake and Waffle Batter. The manufacturing group has represented that through their distribution network they will be able to sell over 2,000,000 units per month.

On April 28th, 2016, the Company sent samples and product information to ConAgra's Innovation Group for evaluation. ConAgra expressed interest in evaluating Nate’s Homemade Pancake and Waffle Batter and the samples were sent in response to their request. ConAgra has maintained an interest in aerosol batters due to their long term relationship with Nate Steck. Their initial response to the product was positive and the samples are now being evaluated by the Innovation Group at ConAgra.
