Thank you very much for that info! As far as I'm concerned we're in the drivers seat. I believe we'll get that settlement unsealed. If the settlement wasn't reasonable we can sue Advisorshares for many reasons one being that Berke wasn't authorized to approve the settlement and AdvisorShares had to know that he was merely put in place by Galanis as a puppet director to funnel the settlement funds to his defunct company.

Luckily, Thomas was able to get a default judgement before the next payment was due. Not sure if the previous payments can be recovered or how it would work knowing that Thomas is the receiver for Fund now.
