How long would you consider ,a reasonable amount of time to accomplish these factors . He has played this game for 4 yrs. and 2+ yrs since
suspension . I know the financing is partly dependent on the FED
moves -which could possibly open up the traditional finance avenues;
but, PHOT's financials are so bad -at this point -that there may be NO interested parties other than DILUTION AND DUMP . The MM search may find NO one (reputable) to accept the risk . The only acquisitions
-at this point -have to be done with appeal of discounted shares to then be dumped and purchases at an inflated price . The Green Gro
purchase was a financial trick to bring money to FASCI and his other groups and put the exposure on PHOT . (juggling). Hegyi has acted as the DISTANT BSing GURU on twitter for so long ,that he has LOST
all credibility with anyone, or business's that do their DD before
they invest or are bought. AREN'T MANY THINGS LEFT ;OTHER THAN
THE APPEAL OF DISCOUNTED SHARES DUMPED QUICKLY FOR FAST PROFIT -
that is being quickly reduced also- None of these scenarios
point to a "BIGGEST SUPPLIER OF INDOOR GROWTH EQUIPMENT ".
I GUESS LET"S HOPE FOR A MIRACLE AND A LIGHTENING STRIKE TO CHANGE THE
