Dump away. That's your choice.
But I don't see how you can't understand why things aren't moving much. He said he sold his large position. I'm sure there are many out there like him. Couple that with some people that have been holding this from buying on the way down to .0007 and you have some pretty stiff resistance in the .0013-.0014 area.
