What do you think about Chinese patents in general? There tends to be low enforce ability. For instance many violators continue unabated for years, and there are no criminal or civil punishments I am aware for for violating the patent. The regulators will just shut down the factory and perhaps destroy merchandise, but even this they do rarely.
