GEGI has a judgment against it...not an injunction. Comparing a used car to a reverse merger doesn't make any sense. Perhaps the best way for GEGI to clear the air is for them to post an attorney opinion letter in which the acquisition company sets the GEGI shareholders at ease by letting them know they will be issued shares (and how many) in the acquisition company and that the acquisition company believes it will not acquire GEGI's liabilities.
