Then so be it. I do not have a dog in that fight, other than as a WBA shareholder. The amendment to the deal was driven by the realities of the situation. All I was pointing out is that if RAD holders vote against the deal and it falls through, where does that leave RAD shareholders? IMO, it will leave RAD holders with a lower share price and the same continuing problems. Freds would also lose out by losing the benefit of its acquisition of the stores needed to sell off to obtain Regulatory approval.
